Teaching Our Children to Recognize and
Steer Clear of Child Predators
Child predators are everywhere...We need to teach our children how
to recognize and stay clear of these Monsters.
An effective way for parents to protect our greatest gifts - our
children - is presented in a free 24 page guide prepared by Richard
Kohler, who is considered one of the leading experts on child
abduction safety and bully avoidance in the State of Connecticut.
After nearly losing one of his children, he wrote the "Journey Of
The Steal-Proof Master",
The Official Guide To Role-Playing for parents, guardians, and child
care givers.
Using fantasy evil warriors, children are taught ten of the most
common lures used by child predators and The Power of Intuition, The
Ten Evil Lures & Scenarios, Simple & Effective Physical Defenses,
Safety Tips & More!
The free guide is available from Mr. Kohler at his website
SuperChildSafety.com.
Use your Adobe Reader.
Most of my
9 grandchildren are still young enough to learn by this games and
role playing method and I'm sharing this with their parents.
If your kids, or your friends children are still targets for
predators, you could share it with their parents, too.

When you install a new
piece of hardware or software, a new set of keys and values is
created within the registry.
Sometimes poorly coded software applications alter values within
the registry that affect the way your computer works.
An example would be a spyware application that changes or
alters the behavior of other applications within your system such
as your browser.
Removing an offending application often leads to a variety of
problems.
It's a bit intimidating, and even dangerous to try to fix these
problems manually. There are many software applications
available to clean and solve registry problems. To find the most
popular and highest rated ones, it's a good idea to check an
online source such as...(more
on Registry cleaners.)
I have my favorite, programmed to
scan my registry daily and provide one more level of security. It's
been very effective.

Online
newsletters and ezines are popular sources of information for
a myriad of topics. You can literally
find, and subscribe to the mailing lists for just about any topic
that interests you.
Some mailing lists are open to anyone who wants to join them.
Joining a mailing list is called "subscribing" and leaving a list is
called "unsubscribing"
Moderator approval is often employed to keep a high quality
of posts and weed out spam, but there are a few moderators or
publishers who are more inclined to use their publications for
spamming their subscribers.
Unfortunately for us, these Spammers are clever and
less than honest.
This recent article by Dennis Gaskill is a perfect example of just how
unscrupulous SPAMMING has become.
Fortunately, Dennis included suggestions for
handling this kind of nasty tricks used by SPAMMERS.

on Internetsafety at the "Firewalls and

There's a ton of helpful stuff
there for every family member who is old enough or daring enough to
venture out into the world wide web.
It's actually loaded with dozens of
practical and beneficial security ideas, tips, and guide lines -

"Anti-spyware 2008" - it's a
Free Special Report on Spyware Removal and Protection where
you'll learn the 3 Things you need to protect yourself from viruses,
Hackers, Spyware and Identity Theft.
It's quite likely
you are if your computer can open and read Adobe
pdf files.
... and nearly everyone has access to the Adobe Reader on
their computers
Spammer and Hacker attackers know that and have detected a
vulnerability in both
Adobe Reader
and Adobe Acrobat
that would cause the application to crash and could potentially
allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.
Adobe recommends users of Acrobat 8
and Adobe Reader
install the 8.1.2 Security Update 1 patch available at the Adobe

Spam is Hell and unscrupulous people continue to take advantage
of the free nature of the internet to send shady deals, pornographic
material, and virus/Trojan/worm infected emails to those of us who
don't want them.
We're forced into a never ending effort to protect our privacy
and sanity by eliminating these intrusions from our Internet and
email lives.
Unfortunately for us, these Spammers are clever - Very Clever
- and are becoming even more so.
A recent article by Dennis Gaskill is a perfect example of just
how sophisticated the world of SPAMMING has become.
In his article, "Spam from Hell", Dennis included suggestions for
handling one of the
nastier tricks used by SPAMMERS

June 1, 2008How Did
You Teach Your Children To Be Safe
When They Were learning to Surf the Internet?
We'd love to learn how you taught your kids to
be cautious and careful and avoid the threats from online scammers
and pedophiles when they were learning to explore the "web".
As parents, grandparents and guardians, we
are reminded constantly to help our children enjoy the pleasures and
excitement of the Internet in safety.
My own grandchildren learned how to boot up their family
computers at a very early age. For the youngest of
them, it was simply a matter of watching their older sisters and brothers as
they chatted online with their friends, worked on their school lessons, and
explored the mysteries of the cyber universe.
Informed
parents recognize that the Internet provides an exciting and
learning experiences for their children. Teaching online safety, and
learning together is a wonderful way for any family to enjoy it.
Your experiences and successes could help a lot of other parents and
us grandparents.

(*)I'm a proud grandparent of 9
precious grandchildren and the last thing in this world that I ever
want to see is someone hurting them.
I'm certain that this
doesn't make me any different than every other parent, grandparent
or child guardian.
What is a bit different, however, is that I have an opportunity to
help other parents and grandparents do something to help protect our
young children from the most heinous people who prey on them
when they're playing on the Internet - the pedophiles and child
predators hiding in the cyberworld.
I do this through my websites and blogs - usually through news
alerts and product announcements. This message is a product
announcement.
The product is an eBook I just prepared from information I
purchased. I bought it because it seemed so complete, and thorough,
that I believe it will enable all of us to help our kids more easily
understand how serious, and cautious they must be when visiting the
Internet.
Yes,
there's a price for this one, but it's only $6.95, and you can
download it from the internet and start using it almost
immediately.
If you order the eBook and find that it doesn't help you understand,
and explain the threats that these creatures pose, then I'll return
your money. (Within 60 days of your order).
It's not the money, the most important issue here is the safety of
our children, as you'll see when you visit the order page.

There can be a big advantage in being the first to do
something. Just imagine being one of the first
stockholders in Microsoft if you have your doubts.
In fact, I just got a big advantage myself today because
I've been paying attention to what Ken McArthur has been
up to with his new site, and I have his new book.
You see, Ken is giving away some pretty
amazing resources over the next six months as part of
his
HUGE book launch, an incredible coaching program, and a
massive home study course.
He's been preaching
about moving up the value of the materials that you GIVE
away for a long, long time so ...
That means there are some great ZERO COST materials
coming!
